On Hosting the 2015 and 2016 Women’s Basketball Championships

Kenton Brothers Systems for Security looks forward to continuing our relationship with the City of Independence and meeting our mutual goal of securing the city as they host the NAIA Division 1 Women’s National Basketball Championships for the next 2 years!

We would like to recognize the City of Independence on their early adoption of the Secured Cities concept and believe the safety of the city played a major role in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics–NAIA–choosing them to be the host city for 2015 and 2016.  With unrest throughout the globe as well as just across the state, the time is now to merge budgets, share resources, and utilize funding opportunities to strengthen our municipalities.

The Secured Cities concept simplifies municipal security using a single platform for access control and video surveillance while adding multiple functionalities to allow each department within the city to maintain administrative rights.   With every system on the same network budgetary constraints are no longer limiting, department’s can combine resources, and procedures are drastically simplified.
