Midwest Glass & Glazing’s 2nd Annual Golf Tournament Benefitting Hope is Alive
By Ryan Kaullen, Field Services Manager at Kenton Brothers
Kenton Brothers has always been a faced paced company. Our customers expect a lot from Kenton Brothers. And we expect a lot from our employees who hold themselves to a high standard for completing our work. It is important to balance this fast paced effort with taking the time to have fun together. One of the ways we do this is by giving back to the community in various ways. There is something special and important that happens to relationships when you give your time and resources to a good cause. Recently, we had an opportunity to mix work and fun with one of our industry partners.
Midwest Glass & Glazing held their 2nd annual Golf Tournament at Minor Park Golf Course in Kansas City in October. This tournament benefits the local Charity Hope is Alive. Their mission is to transform lives impacted by addiction through a holistic approach that includes sober living, a healing center, compassionate support, and personalized recovery.
Kenton Brothers was one of the sponsors for the tournament. We were proud to help support such an amazing cause! We fielded a 4-man scramble team and they had an absolute blast. The day saw beautiful weather, lots of laughs, and memories made.
We love when we’re able to support great causes, support our partners, and have fun at the same time. We’re looking forward to the tournament again next year. We have decided to make this part of our annual events of giving back to the community we live and work in.
Thank you to the Midwest Glass and Glazing team for putting this golf tournament on and inviting us to attend. There are hundreds of details and a lot of communication that has to happen to make an event like this work… we know from personal experience. Good job MG&G! You are helping make a difference!
