One of our most important core values as Kenton Brothers is Customer Focus. We recognize without our customers, there is no KB. We’re taking an aggressive approach to improving our customer service style, implantation and approach in 2019.
Online Chat Feature
One of the ways we have made a new change is through our online chat feature. This allows a customer to provide comments, feedback and ask questions all via live chat at www.kentonbrothers.com. Check it out next time you are on our website!
We now have a feature where customers can create a log in and get their statements, invoices, receipts, and even pay invoices without having to pick up the phone.
KB is hosting monthly events (see upcoming events on our the KB Events page.) Our goal is to educate, get to know and personally thank our customers. Some of our events provide an opportunity for continuing education credits in our industry. And you can register using EventBrite for any of our upcoming events.
We’re now sending out assessments when jobs are completed to get feedback directly from customers so we know where we are getting it right… and what we need to improve.
We’re also going to be providing detailed training over the next year for all employees helping them to see their strengths and weaknesses and helping them to improve in areas of need.
